Anna Sim is a passionate community physiotherapist, registered with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board and a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand.
Anna is dedicated to supporting adults in their own homes to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT in 2005.
Her career spans clinical roles in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, with extensive experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and community-based physiotherapy.
Anna specializes in supporting individuals with neurological conditions or mobility challenges—including those recovering from stroke, managing Parkinson’s disease, living with ataxias, or experiencing falls—to regain independence and improve quality of life.
With a strong focus on personalized, holistic care, Anna works closely with clients and other members of their medical team to develop tailored treatment plans that support individual goals and promote the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family, which inspires her belief in the importance of staying active and connected.
